## Summary AsIAm, Ireland's Autism charity, is seeking a qualified ICT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for its ICT systems and equipment. The contract will be issued for a term of 48 months with possible extensions.

## Scope & Deliverables * Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for all of AsIAm's ICT systems and equipment * Ensure operational efficiency, service continuity, and user satisfaction across AsIAm's ICT environment

## Key Requirements * Eligibility: Economic operators with the necessary qualifications, certifications, experience, and capacity to provide the required services * Qualifications: + Technical computer support services (CPV 72611000) + Computer network services (CPV 72700000) + Local area network services (CPV 72710000) + Wide area network services (CPV 72720000) + Computer backup and catalogue conversion services (CPV 72900000) + Computer backup services (CPV 72910000) * Experience: Proven track record of providing similar services to organizations with similar requirements
