## Summary AsIAm, Ireland's Autism charity, is seeking a qualified ICT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for its ICT systems and equipment.

## Scope & Deliverables * Provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for all of AsIAm's ICT systems and equipment in line with industry best practices. * Ensure operational efficiency, service continuity, and user satisfaction across AsIAm's ICT environment.
