## Summary The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is seeking tenders for the provision of managed services for its existing AWS cloud environment. The contract will cover operation, maintenance, security, optimisation, and support of the CSO's existing cloud environment.

## Scope & Deliverables * Operation, maintenance, security, optimisation, and support of the CSO's existing cloud environment * Operational support, monitoring, security management, cost optimisation, reporting, governance, and exit support * Project-based activities outside routine managed service scope, including: + Support to the CSO's applications teams for implementation and provisioning of new or amended workloads + Ongoing support

## Key Requirements * Suitably qualified economic operators with experience in providing managed services for cloud environments * Compliance with EU data protection laws (Regulation 2016/679) * Ability to complete Tender Response Document (TRD) provided as a separate attachment to the RFT

## Commercials & Timeline * Estimated value: €10,000,000 (excl. VAT) over initial contract term and possible extensions * Submission deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026, 17:00 Hrs IST * Contract duration: Initial term of 3 years with possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months
