## Summary The Office of Government Procurement is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of procurement support services (goods and services) for services contracts with an estimated value of €50,000 Ex VAT or more. The framework agreement will be used for operational procurement support requirements across the public sector in Ireland.

## Scope & Deliverables * Draft and assemble tender documentation using approved templates * Support the development and structuring of requirements and specifications * Manage clarifications and the administration of the procedure on the eTenders platform * Coordinate and facilitate the evaluation process * Prepare award and standstill documentation * Assemble a Regulation 84-aligned, audit-ready handover file * Transfer knowledge to the Client's team through tidy files, completed templates, and handover notes * Prepare, organise or assist in completing procurement records and draft reporting materials
