## Summary Western Care Association is procuring a Service User/Service Delivery Database System, which includes modernisation and transformation of their existing system, integrated operations, collaboration and communication, and security and data protection. ## Scope & Deliverables * Implement a modern, cloud-ready solution that replaces Western Care's existing system * Provide an integrated view of each service user to support joined-up working and informed decision-making * Enable improved collaboration through effective use of communication and productivity tools * Ensure security and data protection standards meet high levels of GDPR compliance
