## Summary The Education Procurement Service (EPS) is seeking a single-supplier framework agreement to provide a cloud-based SaaS plagiarism detection solution for Atlantic Technological University (ATU). ## Scope & Deliverables - Provision of a cloud-based SaaS plagiarism detection software. - LTI/IMA integration with Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace, and PebblePad. - Analysis of public internet, AI outputs (text/image/video), academic materials, and previous student work. - Generation of scored similarity reports for staff assessment and student self-review. - Support for ATU’s transition to a single VLE in 2026–2027. - System security, data protection, licensing, implementation, and maintenance services.
