## Summary Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is procuring independent environmental monitoring services in support of the MetroLink Programme, with an estimated value of €26 million.

## Scope & Deliverables * Establish a robust, continuous and auditable environmental monitoring regime to support statutory compliance, environmental protection and stakeholder assurance throughout the lifecycle of the M100 Advanced Works Main Works Contracts. * Interface with other MetroLink delivery contracts, including M100 Advanced Works, M161 Structural and Settlement Monitoring contract, M400 and M500.

## Key Requirements * Eligible bidders must be registered on the Metrolink e-Sourcing Portal and express an interest in the PQQ for "MetroLink – Environmental Monitoring Services". * Bidders must have experience in environmental impact assessment other than for construction, environmental engineering consultancy services, checking and testing apparatus, and engineering-related scientific and technical services. * The contract will be awarded as a NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC) Option A.
