## Scope & Deliverables * Provide a security guard on a regular basis for 24/7 hours service at the Official Residence * Provide additional security guards on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis or for specific events or circumstances * Provide back-up service for security guards to cover sick leave and annual leave * Receive alarm activation notifications and respond according to a standard protocol * Provide a monitoring system at the Residence and Chancery * Develop and deliver a programme of regular training for security guards * Provide roadside assistance for Embassy vehicles * Provide ongoing threat assessment and advice * Service and maintenance of key security-related equipment * Provide technical advice for security-related equipment or procedures * Liaise with authorities where necessary
