## Summary Cork County Council is seeking a multidisciplinary Consultant team to prepare a comprehensive Large Scale Development Plan (LSDP) for Camden Fort Meagher, Crosshaven, Co. Cork. The contract is funded under the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund (RRDF) Category 2 Programme.

## Scope & Deliverables - Prepare a comprehensive LSDP for Camden Fort Meagher - Establish a clear, evidence-based and deliverable long-term vision for Camden Fort Meagher - Prepare a publication-quality LSDP capable of guiding future conservation, enhancement, management, visitor development, investment and sustainable regeneration of the Fort

## Key Requirements - Suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary Consultant team - Experience in preparing comprehensive LSDPs - Ability to work with Cork County Council in facilitating coordination between the LSDP commission and a separate Project Prioritisation, RRDF Category 1 Readiness and Delivery Strategy commission
