## Summary The Coimisiún na Meán is seeking a provider for Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as a Service and associated cyber security advisory and specialist support services.

## Scope & Deliverables * Provision of CISO Advisory Service and ICT-focused cyber security advisory support to An Coimisiún's ICT team * Expert guidance, advice, and support in respect of information security governance, cyber security risk management, ICT policies, procedures, processes, and technical controls * Alignment with applicable public sector requirements, recognised industry best practice, and relevant standards (including ISO/IEC 27001) * Provision of specialist cyber security advisory and support services to business units across An Coimisiún outside of core ICT operational activities

## Key Requirements * Eligibility: Tenderers must be able to demonstrate economic and financial standing, technical and professional ability, and compliance with exclusion grounds (including confirmation of eligibility, economic and financial standing, and technical and professional ability) * Qualifications: ISO/IEC 27001 certification is required for the provision of CISO Advisory Service * Experience: Tenderers must have experience in providing similar services to a public sector organisation

## Commercials & Timeline * Estimated value: €500,000 (excluding VAT) * Submission deadline: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 15:00 IST * Contract duration: Initial period of three years with the option to extend for up to two further periods of twelve months each * Framework/DPS: No framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system
