## Summary The Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency is seeking to establish a framework agreement for chartered engineer and consultancy services for the Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme (Lot 1 and/or Lot 2). The contract will cover architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services nationwide in Ireland.

## Scope & Deliverables * Survey, assess, sample, test, and categorize dwellings in accordance with I.S. 465:2018+A1:2020 and the soon-to-be-completed review of I.S. 465 * Provide certain Specialist Skills through own resources or sub-consultants
