## Scope & Deliverables * Review of final design documents and tender pack prior to going to tender * Ongoing monitoring at commercial review and advice relating to contract administration valuations and quantification of elements like change orders value, engineering proposals, all or alternate proposals from the main contractor * Assistance in assessment review and row bottle of claims or compensation events * Provision of quantification and back-up advice for dealing with conciliation events * Monthly site visit throughout the works and reporting on same

## Key Requirements * Experience in marine civil engineering projects * Familiarity with relevant public works quantity surveying norms and requirements * Ability to work in line with the Capital Works Management Framework for cost control of large engineering projects
