## Summary The Land Development Agency (LDA) invites tenders for a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Urban Design and Infrastructure Planning (UDIP) services in Ireland. The estimated value is €25 million.

## Scope & Deliverables * Urban Design and Architectural-led design team framework for large-scale regeneration and/or urban expansion type projects * Development of robust, deliverable planning frameworks (feasibility studies, framework plan, masterplan, planning scheme or similar) * Infrastructure Delivery Plans (IDP) underpinned by clear, concise and costed plans
