## Summary Pobal is procuring a single-party framework for a 24/7 Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) integrating SIEM and XDR services. This contract supports the authority’s hybrid ICT infrastructure, covering on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments.

## Scope & Deliverables - 24x7x365 SOC monitoring, triage, and incident response. - Managed SIEM engineering, onboarding, and optimization. - Managed XDR services for selected tenants. - Transition, onboarding, and stabilization services. - Support for Gold-categorized infrastructure (firewalls, servers, Active Directory/Entra).
