These terms apply to your use of tenderscout.ie, operated by Attila Badi, trading as ABL Media Group (registered business name number 770439). By using the site or subscribing you agree to these terms.

What the service is

TenderScout is a tender intelligence service. It gathers, organises and helps you search public procurement information, and offers paid subscriptions for alerts and additional market intelligence.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features require a subscription. The fee and what it includes are shown at checkout and are billed monthly through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non refundable for the current period.

Accuracy of tender data

The tender and contract information on the site is compiled from publicly available procurement sources and is provided for information only. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date, and it is not legal, financial or procurement advice. Always check the official source and the contracting authority's own notice before relying on anything or submitting a bid. We are not responsible for any tender you miss, any deadline, or any decision you take based on the service.

Acceptable use

Please use the service lawfully and for your own business use. Do not scrape, bulk download, resell or redistribute the data or alerts, attempt to bypass the subscription gate, or disrupt the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and current but provide it "as is" and without guarantees of uptime. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
